Audition Requirements
1 45-70 second monologue, memorized.  The monologue should be dramatic or a dramedy.
Callbacks will test scene work and compatibility.
Monologue recommendations
Check any play (or movie though not as recommended monologue) that deals with relationships, either positive or negative.

About the Play and characters.
There are 9 scenes, 8 of which involved 2 actors and 1 involves 3.
Prologue/Intermission/Epilogue  Pete and Ginette are two high school kids who have been friends, and now a couple, and discover what love means to them.

Scene 1 Her Heart.  Glory is a hiker trying to find the Northern lights to say goodbye to her recently deceased husband.  East is a repair man who finds Glory trying to camp on his land, and falls for her.

Scene 2 Sad and Glad.  Jimmy is alone drinking at the bar, his ex Sandrine is celebrating her bachelorette party, a third character is in this play.

Scene 3 This Hurts.-  Steve doesn't feel pain, he doesn't feel anything, Marvalyn works hard to protect herself.

Scene 4 Getting It Back.  Gayle wants to return all the love given to her because Lendall has not taken the next steps, but how much love has she given him.

Scene 5 They Fell.  Sometimes the person meant for you is already there.  Either Chad and Randy or Deena and Shelly

Scene 6 Where it Went.  Phil works hard and Marci means well, but sometimes love is just lost.

Scene 7 Story of Hope.  Years ago, Hope ran away from a proposal, now she wants to say yes but a different man lives in the home of the man she wants to reconnect with.

Scene 8 Seeing the Thing.  Rhonda has trouble seeing the love right in front of her, can Dave express his feelings clear enough.
