Lewis Central Theatre has a proud tradition and is happy to be a part of the Theatre Community in Council Bluffs and the state of Iowa

Lewis Central was chartered as Thespian Troupe 5150 in March 1993. Students obtain membership by being involved in productions, attending conferences and festivals, and participating in various drama club activities. By participating in these events, students earn points, when a student earns points. There is an induction fee of $35 dollars. When a student is inducted they get a 1 year subscription to to Dramatics Magazine, their induction pin, eligibility for senior honors at the time of graduation, and they join millions of high school students that have been inducted in the International Thespian Society.
